ROBERT MARTIN

Robert H. Martin, 83, of Bethesda, Ohio, died unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 3, 2017.  He was born January 6, 1934 in Bethesda, Ohio to the late Hilles Martin and Nellie Gregg Martin.

Bob exemplified honesty, character, and integrity throughout his daily life.  He was passionate about his dairy farm and his work in general.  His true vision was sharing his devotion to education and the importance it was to everyone’s lives.  He enjoyed listening to the weather radio, but most of all; Bob’s greatest wish was a better life for his family and himself.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marietta Martin in 2016; and sister, Betty Bolon.

Bob is survived by his daughter, Molly (Timothy) Sachs of Amelia, Ohio; son Rob Martin of Cincinnati, Ohio; grandchildren, Zachary and Morgan Drake; and his loyal companion and friend, Tipper.
