Visitation

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2018, Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Monday, November 26, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Bethesda Christian Church, 40601 Bethesda-Belmont Road, Bethesa.

Service

The service for Vera will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., Bethesda Christian Church, 40601 Bethesda-Belmont Road and will be conducted by brothers, Tim Snyder and Bob Jones.

Interment

Interment will follow the service at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda.

Obituary of Vera Mae White

VERA MAE WHITE

 

Vera Mae White, 73, of Bethesda, Ohio, passed away on November 22, 2018, surrounded by her family.  She was born September 21, 1945 in Alledonia, Ohio, daughter of James C. and Marie McFarland Perkins.

 

Vera’s memory will remain forever in the hearts of those who survive; her husband of 55 years, Donald White of Bethesda, Ohio; daughters Paula (Gerald) Kuthy of Kimbolton, Ohio; Lisa Swallie of St. Clairsville, Ohio; grandchildren, Nicholas Kuthy, Jesse Kuthy, Amanda Swallie; great-granddaughter, Jessa Paul; sisters, Wanda Jarrett, Jean Wharton, Wilda Perkins; brother, Lowell Perkins; two special nieces, Theresa (William) Edmondson, Julie (Steve) Mellinger; and a cherished “adopted” daughter, Carol (Kevin) Snyder.

 

She was a member of Bethesda Christian Church for 50 years and worked as a floral designer for several years.  She was an avid gardener, who enjoyed the outdoors, wildlife, cooking, and most importantly, laughing with her close friends and family.

 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 25, 2018, Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and one hour before the service, which will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., Bethesda Christian Church, 40601 Bethesda-Belmont Road and will be conducted by brothers, Tim Snyder and Bob Jones.

 

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to The James Cancer Center, 410 W. 10th Avenue, Columbus, Ohio  43210.
