JESS WILLIAM LUCAS

Jess William Lucas, 75, of Belmont, Ohio, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at his home.  He was born May 17, 1943 in Alledonia, Ohio, son of the late Willard Lucas and Nettie McMasters Lucas. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister and two brothers.

Jess will be remembered with love by those who survive him; daughter Rena (Michael) Turney of Quaker City, Ohio; grandchildren, Jay, Heather, and Michael; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth (Tom) Littleton of Beallsville, Ohio; and his niece and nephew.

He enjoyed riding his bike, the outdoors, and taking in the beauty of the scenery.  He loved his cats and the calmness they brought to him.

A Graveside Service will be conducted Saturday at 11:00 am, Belmont Ridge Cemetery in Beallsville, Ohio.  Pastor Charles Clark will be officiating. 

Jess’ care has been entrusted with Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, Bethesda, Ohio.
