Obituary of Glynis Kinney

GLYNIS KINNEY

 

Glynis Louise Decker Kinney, 74, of Byesville, Ohio, passed away, June 13, 2018 at Barnesville Hospital.  Born May 6, 1944 in Utah, she was the daughter of the late Alan Decker and Ingrid Hill Decker.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Decker.

 

Glynis will be dearly missed by those who survive her; husband of 30 years, Kevin Kinney of Byesville, Ohio; children, Monti Syjud, Bruce Syjud, Jr., Allen Syjud, Glen Syjud, Staci (Thomas) Ferguson, and Joseph “Caleb” Kinney; 16 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

 

She enjoyed working in her yard, animals, and computers.  She worked on the Navy Base through the years and found Navy Life very fulfilling.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, whose love for her family was everything.  Her true beauty shown in her eyes, as that was the doorway to her heart.

 

Family and friends will be welcome to visit, Monday from 11 am until the time of service, beginning at 1 pm, Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 N. Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio.  Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.
