Obituary of Martha F. Perkins

MARTHA F. PERKINS

Martha Perkins, 92, of Barnesville, died Sunday evening at Astoria Place in Barnesville.  She was born in Somerton, Ohio on March 27, 1925, to the late Earl H. and Edna Reed Dallas.

After graduating from Barnesville High School, Martha married Clarence Perkins and they made their home and raised their family on a farm near Beallsville.

In addition to her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, in 2006; brothers, James and Robert Dallas; sister, Virginia Leonard; and grandson, Patrick Perkins.

She is survived by her sons, Roger (Cathy) of Belmont and Gary (Marcia) of Bethesda; grandchildren, Jennifer (David) Pittman, Sara Perkins, Michael (Jodi) Perkins, Steven Perkins; great-grandchildren,  Carrie, Mattie, and Daniel Pittman, Mitchell and Mackinnley Perkins, and Nathan Perkins.

Martha loved and was loved by everyone who knew her.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 322 North Main Street, Bethesda, Ohio, where services will be held, Thursday at 11 a.m. Reverend Tom Detling officiating.  Burial will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda.
