Service

The service for Margaret will be conducted, Friday at 11 a.m., Patron Funeral Homes & Crematory Kelly Kemp Braido, 702 East Main Street, Barnesville, Ohio. Dr. Brian Bee, Pastor, officiating.

Interment

Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery, Bethesda, Ohio.

MARGARET R. STARR

Margaret R. “Ma” Starr, 57, of Bethesda, Ohio, died Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at her home.  Born August 4, 1960 in Barnesville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Ralph A. Johnson and Vera E. Phillips.

She was a devoted mother and grandmother, as well as being a very strong and independent person.  She was an advisor for The Outsider 4-H Club.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Dustin Lee Starr and companion, Gary “Heavy” Castello.

Margaret will be sadly missed and is survived by daughters, Doty (Jeff) Toohey of Quaker City, Ohio, Kimberly Starr of Barnesville, Ohio, Juliana Sexton of Bethesda, Ohio; sons, Justin (Kassey) Starr of Somerton, Ohio, Austin and Dalton “Bubba” Starr both of Bethesda, Ohio; grandchildren, Kyi, Taison, Gunner, Daugherty; sister, Julie (Robert) Blackmon of North Carolina; and brother, Dale Miller of Barnesville, Ohio.
